Servicing
To ensure your compliance, our program will:
- Ensure alarms meet Australian Standard 3786-2014
- Ensure alarms are not passed their expiry date
- Test the audible output of the alarm to ensure no less than 85dba
- Thoroughly clean the alarm and replace batteries
- Smoke test the alarm with quality artificial smoke (where applicable)
- Where required, relocate smoke alarms to correct positions for greater effectiveness
- Provide timely compliance notification to Property Managers and Landlords
